Terms of Service
Last updated 1 August 2026
Effective from 1 August 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Your contract of sale is with Bemount India Private Limited, Sun 6, Migsun Twiinz, Eta II, Rasoolpur Rai, Greater Noida 201310, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are buying on behalf of a business you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or to abuse our returns policy.
4. Products, descriptions and colour
We describe fabric, fit and measurements as accurately as we can, and every product page carries the real measurements for the size shown. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and natural fabrics such as linen vary in slub and shade between batches. Minor variation of that kind is a property of the cloth, not a defect.
5. Price, tax and errors
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at 5% on garments up to ₹2,500 per piece and 18% above that% unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. If a product is listed at a materially wrong price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price; we will tell you before doing so.
6. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement is not acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods, or when we tell you the order is accepted, whichever is earlier. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where the price was wrong, where delivery is outside the areas we serve, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
7. Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed by a third-party gateway; we do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Cash on delivery is available on orders of ₹499 and above, and may require an advance of ₹100 which is adjusted against the amount due on delivery.
8. Delivery
Delivery terms, charges and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
9. Returns
Your rights to return and to a refund are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Reviews and anything you submit
You must own what you post and it must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringe anyone else's rights. By submitting a review, photograph or video you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on this site and in connection with the product it concerns. You can ask us to remove it at any time. We moderate submissions and may decline to publish, but we do not edit a review to change what it says.
11. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, copy or republish our catalogue, photography or content; interfere with the site's operation or security; or use it to place fraudulent orders. Our brand name, logo, product photography and site content remain our property or that of our licensors.
12. Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport failure, natural events, epidemics or acts of government. If such an event materially affects your order we will contact you and you may cancel and be refunded.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have under consumer protection law to bring proceedings where you live.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
16. Grievances
Complaints may be addressed to Bemount Head office at contact@bemount.in. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
